Glow Skin Inc.ships worldwide.
For United Kingdom customers, to ensure quick delivery, we use the Royal Mail Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
For our international customers, USPS Priority Mail International will be used.
For express delivery, please contact our customer service representatives.
We ship only to buyers original registered Paypal address. If you want us to ship to other address, please write it down in PayPal Note when you pay!
Note: Address variation request via email will not be accepted.
Delivery Time
We will dispatch your order between 2-3 working days upon receiving cleared payment (No Weekends and Public Holidays).
Our standard delivery comes with a Tracking Number and Signed for on delivery.
For any reason if you are unavailable to accept the parcel, then the parcel will be held at your local Post office for your collection.

Return Policy
All sales are considered final.
We advise all our customers to check the ingredients prior to purchasing any one of our products. We do not take responsibility for any form of allergic reactions from our products.
All our products are always freshly made for our customers.

Due to the nature of the ingredients we use, we cannot accept any returns of unused products after 10 days.

There is no return policy on international orders.
We will replace an item only if the wrong product was sent. If you have any questions, please contact us so we can assist you better.
When returning our items, we ask all of our customers to make sure that it is being shipped in its original packaging, sent with a reliable shipper and signature upon arrival has been requested.
If a package is lost or stolen, we advise you to notify us within 3 weeks of purchase. Following your notification we will pursue a claim by Royal Mail.
